What a wonderful service. It might be an idea though for DIRECT2FLORIST to note on profiles birthday dates and remind customers to send out flowers

Since these flowers were for a 100th Birthday I would have expected more care to be given to the substitute arrangement. The arrangement was very ordinary and the fillers were awful, in fact, looked like miniature 'cabbage leaves' Won't choose this florist again.
